Overview

This website (shop.tekrevive.com.au) is operated by TekRevive PTY LTD (ABN 16 697 307 896), 160 Chapel Street, Windsor VIC 3181 ("TekRevive", "we", "us"). TekRevive is a licensed second-hand dealer in Victoria (Licence No. SHD-0018379). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referred to in them, including our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Products

Our products are refurbished, second-hand devices. Each device is tested, data-wiped, factory reset and graded:

• A = As New
• B = Excellent
• C = Good
• D = Fair

Cosmetic wear consistent with the stated grade is not a fault. Product images may be representative, so the colour and cosmetic condition of your device may vary slightly within its grade. We describe each product as accurately as possible. If a device doesn't match its description, your remedies are set out in our Return and refund policy and under the ACL.

Prices and availability

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and availability can change without notice. If we discover a pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We may limit or cancel orders, for example where we suspect fraud or stock is no longer available. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full card details.

Warranty and returns

Devices come with a 12-month TekRevive warranty and may be returned within 30 days for change of mind, with free return shipping via Australia Post, subject to the conditions in our Return and refund policy.

Use of the website

You must not use our store for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with its security or operation. Content on this site is owned by TekRevive or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names, including Apple, iPhone, iPad and MacBook, are trademarks of their respective owners. TekRevive is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the ACL, TekRevive is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to repairing or replacing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

Data on devices

Please back up your data before returning any device to us. Devices are reset when we receive them, and we are not responsible for data left on a returned device.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
